The dual-use water and air drilling rig is a self-developed water well drilling equipment that integrates the functions of water drilling and air drilling. It adopts a vehicle-type 525 gearbox. The transmission efficiency is twice that of hydraulic transmission, and the power energy consumption is reduced by 35%. More efficient and energy-saving.It solves the difficulties of air hammer drilling in the soil layer, as well as the low construction efficiency of rotary drilling rigs in hard rock layers, gravel, and pebble layers.

Main features

 1. The drilling rig has a speed range of 33-1120 r/min, and the max. outputs torque is 9800N.m. 

2. The drilling rig uses a long-stroke double-speed mechanism and a mechanical power head with a stroke of 2300MM to improve drilling efficiency and reduce the occurrence of drill blockage and drill burning accidents.  

3. The drilling rig uses a dual-circuit oil pump for oil supply. During drilling, a single pump is used, and during lifting, the two pumps are combined for flow, resulting in minimal power loss and reduced auxiliary time. 

4. The core sampling efficiency of the drilling rig for geological surveys, engineering surveys, road surveys, and building surveys is several times higher than that of traditional small drilling rigs. It is capable of conventional drilling, wire rope core sampling, and compressed air drilling.
